Imajine That offers a variety of programs focused on enhancing school curriculum. From field trips to child development workshops, we have what you need to add an exciting twist to your classroom activities.

We use hands-on methods and inquiry during our standards-based programs to make learning fun!

Come concoct your own tasty lunch or yummy treat in our Tastebuds workshops! We roll, we mix, we cook, we bake, we decorate, we EAT! Tastebuds workshops are offered weekly and are great for children ages 2 and above! Come participate in our family favorite LIttle Chefs: Pizza Making workshop offered daily! Take a dip into one of our Itty Bitty Bakers workshops where each month, we make two new treats! Baking workshops have included Croissant-Making, Cupcake Making, Lollipop Making, Cookie Making & MORE!
In our Movin’ and Groovin’ free workshop series we put on our listening ears and our dancing feet to practice taking turns, work our gross motor skills, and shake out our sillies! From Simon Says to Animal Actions, we dance, play games, and shake our shakers to the rhythm of the music, while learning important skills such as balance and coordination. Come move and groove with us, you will be glad you did!
Exercise your creative side in our Little Picasso’s Art Studio workshops! Join us for a free workshop called Messy Art, where we explore different, fun ways to create small pieces of art work! Past projects have included marble painting, sponge painting, shaving cream painting & MORE! We also offer Art 101 (Ages 2-3) and Art 201 (Ages 4-6), where we get crafty and make 3 or more themed projects! Themes alter each month!
Flex your science muscles friends, it’s time to experience the wonderful world of science! Our free, interactive Peep Science activities explore basic science concepts such as colors, shapes and magnets. Our Science 101 and 201 paid workshops take a more in-depth look at concepts using hands-on projects and Smart Board Technology. Kids will erupt volcanoes, make their own sidewalk chalk and take home resources to replicate their experiments at home!
Ready, set, read! Our Between the Lions story time offers stories galore along with fun and interactive activities for your little ones! This free workshop series encourages family engagement and literacy, while tying story concepts to activities that families can join in together or try at home. With plenty of books to choose from, we focus on a new theme each month and our story corner is always open for exploration, even between story times.
Seeing, smelling, tasting, touching & hearing is what these workshops are all about! Join us in these exciting activities that help explore our senses! All of these workshops are free with admission. Join us for face painting, tactile-sensory sensations, super sniffers, taste testers & MORE!

Boston Public Schools Extended Day
That has created an extended day supplemental educational program for children from K0-1st grade. The Imajine That program allows children to express what they know and freely ask questions about what they want to learn more about!Our Imajine That programs have partnered with Jump Start to help support our programs on a weekly basis. All Jump Start Corp Members work with all the children to help increase their literacy knowledge and skills in a fun interactive experience.

IMAJINE THAT UNIVERSITY PRE-REGISTRATION
Imajine That University (ITU) is a full day early education and care program that educates children ages 3 weeks to 7 years old. This program is offered Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm daily. We are open during school vacation weeks and some holidays as well.
These programs have a main focus on family engagement and giving children the foundation for educational success. We offer our own comprehensive curriculum that supports the MA frameworks and public school alignment with the Common Core Standards. We build skills such as gross motor, creativity, social emotional, fine motor, inquiry, math and literacy.
